About the Creator
Ginny Bootman / SENCO of 4 schools and SEN Consultant
Ginny has been teaching longer than she hasn’t. She has been a Headteacher, Senior Manager and Class teacher, teaching all ages in the Primary age range. She is currently SENCO of 4 Primary schools in Northamptonshire. Ginny believes in her mantra #Followtheempathyroad and embodies this in everything she does. She writes and talks about how this can be embedded in the classroom as well as in the whole school environment through a caring approach that involves listening to others and putting ourselves in their shoes.
Ginny has spoken nationally at The National SEN Conference as well as NASEN Live. She collaborates with both Primary and Secondary SENCOs by working alongside them to support them and guide them. She also lectures PGCE students and loves working with trainee teachers who have placements in Special Schools.

About

Training for Education is a new way for schools to access CPD across a range of areas including school improvement, leadership and special educational needs and disability (SEND). Instead of accessing an individual webinar at a specific time, Training for Education provides schools with in depth content that can be accessed forever, building a library of CPD that your school can continue to use in the future.
Schools can purchase access to our Training Sessions, Conferences and more in-depth Training Courses online.
